2. Digital Products — Licence Terms
All products sold by Tradition Prints are digital files (printable art). When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:
- Print the file for personal use in your own home or as a gift to one individual.
- Print the file at a professional print shop for personal use.
You MAY NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files.
- Use the artwork for commercial purposes (on products for sale, merchandise, etc.) without written permission.
- Claim ownership or copyright of the artwork.
- Use the artwork in NFTs, AI training datasets, or any digital product for resale.
- Upload the files to print-on-demand services or stock art websites.
All intellectual property rights remain with Tradition Prints. Purchase grants a licence to use — not ownership of the artwork.
3. No Refunds on Digital Downloads
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned", all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the files have been accessed or downloaded.
Exceptions — we will offer a replacement or refund if:
- The file is corrupted, damaged, or fails to download.
- The files delivered are significantly different from what was described.
If you experience an issue, please contact us through the Etsy message system within 7 days of purchase.
4. Purchases & Payment
All purchases are made through Etsy. Payment processing, order management, and download delivery are handled by Etsy. By purchasing, you also agree to Etsy's Terms of Use.
5. Free Tools
We provide free tools on this Website (QR Code Generator, Colour Palette Tool, Font Pairing Tool, etc.) as a courtesy service. These tools are provided "as is" with no warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or remove any free tool at any time without notice.
